ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND TERMS OF SALES

Order processing times:

4-10 business days depending on order.

Domestic shipping times:

1-3 business days IN ADDITION to above processing times. 

 

IF YOUR ORDER SHIPS BUT IS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE YOU CAN:

1. Get your order reshipped once correct address information is received.

2. Receive a refund for your purchase minus costs of shipping.

IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED AND THE SELLER IS AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY TO RESHIP YOUR PACKAGE OR REFUND THE PURCHASE INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS. 

IF BLUSH OF A BOSS ENTERED THE ADDRESS GIVEN AND THE PACKAGE WAS UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO THE BUYER PROVIDING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE COSTS TO RESHIP OR THE SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND GIVEN. BLUSH OF A BOSS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITY.

 

BLUSH OF A BOSS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR MISSING BUT SHOWS AS DELIVERED VIA THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER TO FILE A CLAIM.

DOMESTIC PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $50, YOU CAN CONTACT US TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE IS ABOVE $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITONAL CUSTOMS FEE UPON ARRIVAL. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASE. Email us: blushofaboss@gmail.com / claims.blushofaboss.com 

 

 

 

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be given. Please see our shipping and payment info tab for information on our shipping policy.

If you receive items you did not order or your package is missing items please contact us via email within 5 business days of receiving your package.

Customer service is available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm PST not including holidays. Please leave a message including your name, order number and detailed message. Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs.
